Q: Are you the owner?  
A: Yes, this is an owner & family operated business.    

Q: Is this a franchise?
A: No.  This is the only Tracy’s Irresistible Desserts; however, we have operated in other states prior to Texas since 2015.   

Q: How long have you been here?  
A:  The Mansfield location opened in July of 2023.    

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 222 North Walnut Creek Drive in Mansfield, Texas.   

Q: What are your hours?
A: Wednesday through Saturday.  Open 11am to 7pm.   

Q: Where are your desserts made?
A: Everything is made in-house at our location by Tracy.    

Q: What types of desserts and cheesecakes do you offer?
A: We offer a total variety of over 60 flavors of cheesecake.  We have about 20 flavors in slices and mini four-inch cheesecakes are for sale daily at the bakery.  We also have brownies, bread pudding, crème Brulé, and Tres Leches cake slices. Check our online order menu for the full list of flavors and size options. 

Q: Do you have gluten-free, sugar free or vegan options?
A: Yes, in our plain flavor we offer both gluten-free and keto cheesecakes which are sometimes available at the bakery but you can also place an order in advance.  Currently there are no vegan options.   

Q: What are your top sellers and favorites?
A: At the bakery, the name plates with stars are “top sellers”; however, it just depends on what you have a taste for.  Check out the reviews page on our website which feeds from actual Google and Yelp reviews.   

Q: Do you make cookies, sheet cakes and cake pops?
A: No.  

Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: Five days in advance.  Additional time may be required for large orders.   

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order directly through our website order menu or call at 682-400-8009. Check our online order menu for the full list of flavors and size options. 

Q: Do you offer delivery or shipping?
A: No, orders must be picked up. 

Q: Can I customize my cheesecake?
A: Please contact us to discuss your requirements.  

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Cash App and cash. Invoices for advance orders can be paid online.   

Q: Do you cater for events?
A: Please contact us to discuss your requirements.  

Q: What happened to the other bakery that was here?   
A: We don’t know and have no ties to the previous business owner.
